WELCOME TO PROVENCE SALES

We offer a select portfolio of new-build, and golf properties in our favourite area of France – Provence and the French Riviera many of which are not advertised locally. Having lived and worked in France for many years and visiting the Var region frequently we know Southern Provence very well and are in a good position to advise on whether an area is family friendly, lively or tranquil !

Provence is well known for its beautiful Mediterranean seascapes, its colourful markets, its olive trees, its numerous vineyards and its wonderful medieval villages with their original squares, fountains and wonderful restaurants !

As we have a close relationship with local developers we are one of the first to know of a new development before it has been placed on the market. Amongst our charming properties in Provence are newly built developments of apartments and villas on the coast and inland with and without pools surrounded by Mediterranean landscaped gardens, attractive provencal style new build properties in medieval villages and apartments and town houses on prestigious golf courses. We will accompany you to a selection of properties and guide you through the buying process. Properties offered for sale are at exactly the same price as in France.

As we cannot list all our available properties we are pleased to offer a “property search” service for your ideal property in Southern Provence.

Whilst you are looking for your “dream property” we can offer attractive rental properties with and without pools for long or short lets.
